Main tasks/responsibilities
• Reach sales objectives and guarantee proper branch performance.

• Management and order of didactic material stock.

Requirements:
• English as mother tongue.
• ESL Teaching Experience.
• University career.
• CELTA or equivalent certification.
• Advanced IT tools management.
• Leadership skills.
• Self-organized, extroverted, excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.

CELTA / TEFL English Teacher

Main tasks/responsibilities:
• Guide Students throughout their English course following WSI method.
• Motivate students to reached their learning objectives
• Identify improvement needs in Students.
• Control students’ progress

Requirements:
• English as mother tongue
• ESL Teaching Experience.
• University career.
• CELTA or equivalent certification.
• ESL Teaching Experience.
• Self-organized, extroverted, excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.

Personal Tutor

Main tasks/responsibilities:
• Guide and assist Students throughout their English course following WSI method.
• Create a student oriented environment.
• Control and check proper functioning of Students tools
• Perform students follow-up

Requirements:
• Bilingual written and communicative level of English
• Studying university careers related preferred: English Teacher, Translation, Interpreters.
• Self-organized, extroverted, excellent communicative and interpersonal skills, service-oriented.
• Advanced IT tools management.

Receptionist

Main tasks/responsibilities:
• Assist Students and visits.
• Work in reception, transfer phone calls.
• Class and didactic activities booking
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Strive to keep image and comfort of branch at the highest level.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and communicative level of English.
• Advanced IT tools management.
• Administrative skills are a plus.
• Professional behavior and appearance, well-organized, dynamic personality.

Sales Consultant

Main tasks/responsibilities:
• Assess and inform in a personalized way all customers according to WSI courses. Conduct sales process and close the sale..
• Student support and follow up so as to guarantee they reach their learning objectives.
• Reach determined commercial objectives.

Requirements:
• Good written and communicative level of English.
• Results-oriented. Commercial Experience.
• Dynamic personality, sales attitude, with personal goals and objectives.

Telemarketer

Main tasks/responsibilities:
• Receive phone calls made to the company’s 0800 number.
• Assist and asses customers on the telephone, supplying course information, as well as appointing interviews in our branches.

Requirements:
• Good written and communicative level of English.
• Results oriented, service attitude.
• Previous call center experienced is a plus.
• Advanced IT tools management.
• Communicative skills. Kind, patient, organized and constant.
